Welcome to the 50th klutz kronikles blog post! That's 50 entries of useless sketches, unfinished works, concepts, and random life news of the Leyla. Today I have only one work to feature, because I said I was going to draw something (less) crappy for the anniversary entry (because I keep track of that stuff). Here is the inked sketch, inked with a blue Pilot pen, of Ria and Ziegte, drawn during Sarah's choir rehearsal to some gorgeous song I can't seem to find.Note to self: Find song.
Here on the right we have this same inked sketch
with color on it. Ziegte's blood was somuchfun, if that thing even bleeds anyways. The greatest thing was that the base color for Zieg was white, shaded with blues and purples. I love how disproportional its arms are. :'DD Ria's hands are like claws, and Jenna pointed out how she looks like she's all, "CAN'T TOUCH THIS." I agree.
The final version, here on my left, is... finished. There's a color filter and Ziegte looks creepy as all hell implies, which is A-OK! Because Zieg IS creepy! If I ever find that song I sketched this with, I'll definitely link it. Itwassodramatic. And... goodness. Ziegte's arm. WHY ARE YOU SO LONG, NOODLE ARM? And Ria's bottom half is loldisproportional. Oh well. : >HAPPY TALK LIKE A PIRATE / 50th ANNIVERSARY DAY!
